the supply and installation of your kitchen.
Choosing your ALNO kitchen
Your Premier Dealer will have several display kitchens in the showroom to demonstrate
the design style, practicality and durability of your kitchen. In addition, the
dealer will stock a sample of every door finish from each kitchen range in the
ALNO portfolio. The designers will discuss the best solution for you according
to your budget, preferences and the way you plan to use your kitchen. You may
also want to discuss optional extras such as appliances and lighting to worktops
and flooring with your Premier Dealer.
Planning your ALNO kitchen
Your Premier Dealer will send an experienced designer to visit you at home to
discuss your requirements. With all the necessary measurements the Premier Dealer
can plan the perfect combination of ALNO units, appliances and features to make
the best use of your space.
The designer will prepare a detailed quotation for the supply and/or the installation
of your kitchen, including building work if required. Upon commitment to the project,
you will receive colour visuals and a full plan of the kitchen.
Once you have accepted both design and quotation, your Premier Dealer will confirm
expected delivery from Germany and arrange fitting if required.
Installing your ALNO kitchen
Your Premier Dealer will arrange for experienced installers to fit your new kitchen.
If building work is involved, many Premier Dealers will also project manage these
aspects of the job. ALNO dealers always use CORGI registered installers for gas
work and all electrical work meets current Institute of Electrical Engineers (IEE)
standards. Electrical work also complies with current Building Regulations.
The Finish
A post-installation inspection will confirm that the job has been concluded to
everyone’s satisfaction. You will also receive instructions in looking after your
kitchen and a copy of the ALNO Customer Care Guide is also available which contains
many useful tips and contact numbers.
